Terms

You are buying digital copies of the photos on your card, taken by Focus Pocus. Prices include VAT where it applies.

Delivery

Your photos are delivered straight away: as soon as the payment goes through, the watermarks come off in your gallery and you can download the full-size files. Your gallery link keeps working for 12 months.

Cancelling

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Because these are digital files supplied at once, you agree at checkout that supply starts immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once you download a photo. If something is wrong with a file, email us and we’ll put it right or refund you.

What you can do with the photos

They’re yours to keep, print and share for personal use. Focus Pocus keeps the copyright, so please don’t sell them or use them in advertising without asking.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details. Your receipt comes from the email address you give at checkout, and we don’t use that address for anything else.
