I've lost my card. Can I still find my photos?
If you gave your email to the photographer, your link is in your inbox. Otherwise get in touch with when and where you were photographed and we will help.
What do I get when I buy?
The full-size photo with no watermark. Buy a single photo, or all of them together for a lower price.
How long are my photos kept?
Photos you don’t buy are deleted after 90 days. Photos you buy are kept for 12 months so you can download them again.
Can I share my gallery?
Yes. Your gallery has a Share button, and anyone you send it to can look at the small watermarked previews.
Is it safe to pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe, including Apple Pay. We never see or store your card details.
